5. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Spain. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the logistics provider.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our coffee is freshly roasted every week and is a product with a limited optimal consumption period. Freshness and quality are extremely important to our customers. For this reason, once coffee has been sold and shipped to a customer and is returned to us for any reason, we are unable to resell it.
To request a return or exchange, the following images will be required:
- The shipping label from the courier company
- The box in which the product was delivered
- The product or products that need to be returned or exchanged
If these images cannot be provided, we will unfortunately not be able to process the return or exchange.

Returns or replacements may be granted in the following cases:
The customer does not receive the package due to an error by the shipping company
An error with the order made by Amaya

The brand Amaya Coffee is owned by the company and is currently pending trademark registration.
